OUR COURSE SCHEDULES ARE MADE TO REFLECT THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW OUR STUDENTS TO SPEND HOLIDAYS & DAYS OFF WITH THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS TO HELP WITH CHILDCARE.
WE TAKE STUDENT FEEDBACK VERY SERIOUS HERE. THE ONLY WAY TO IMPROVE IS BY BEING SELF AWARE. OUR STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ALWAYS GIVE FEEDBACK & CRITICISM BY UTILIZING OUR STUDENT SUGGESTION BOX!
WE HAVE A VERY SERIOUS OPEN DOOR POLICY. FROM OWNERS TO INSTRUCTORS, THERE IS NO ONE THAT OUR STUDENTS AREN'T ABLE TO CONTACT. EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS APPROACHABLE FOR ALL STUDENT CONCERNS & QUESTIONS. THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A DUMB QUESTION AT WAR!

TO HELP OUR STUDENTS GROW THEIR PORTFOLIO, THEY RECEIVE CERTIFICATIONS FOR EACH SERVICE THEY MASTER! FROM ADVANCED FACIAL SERVICES TO BROW LAMINATIONS, WHATEVER SERVICE OUR STUDENTS PERFECT- THEY RECEIVE RECOGNITION!
OUR STUDENTS ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT OTHER ESTHETIC BUSINESSES TO VIEW LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS. WE ALSO TAKE AN ANNUAL CLASS FIELD TRIP TO THE INTERNATIONAL ESTHETICS, COSMETICS & SPA CONFERENCE.
UNLIKE OTHER SCHOOLS, YOUR HANDS ON TRAINING STARTS ON DAY 1 AT WAR. YES, THEORY IS IMPORTANT BUT WE BELIEVE THAT HANDS ON IS THE BEST WAY TO LEARN!
STUDENTS AREN'T JUST A NUMBER AT WAR, THEY'RE FAMILY. WHICH IS WHY WE MAKE SURE WE GIVE BACK TO OUR STUDENTS BY HOSTING STUDENT EVENTS FOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS, MILESTONES & SOMETIMES- JUST BECAUSE!
YOU ARE ABLE TO FINISH OUR COURSE AS QUICKLY AS YOU'D LIKE! SINCE WE CURRENTLY TO NOT OFFER FINANCIAL AID, THERE IS NO MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF HOURS THAT YOU CANNOT EXCEED. THIS MEANS YOU CAN GET YOUR LICENSE QUICKER THAN OTHERS!
